Growing up on a family farm in Cornish, NH gave me a strong work ethic. This allowed me to have a deeper respect for the environment and understand why we need to protect it for ourselves and future generations. I plan to use my sustainability minor in order to develop environmentally sound designs to improve peoples lives and the planet.
I am a driven designer with lots of new and creative ideas. Whether it was juggling, taking pictures or just doodling in my sketch pad, I grew up surrounded by art. I found my real calling when I decided to enter into the creative field of Graphic Design.

Copper Porch
A brewery and grill located in Springfield, Georgia. Drawing from a rich German heritage and southern hospitality, this restaurant is family friendly. The brewery is located in the center of the dining area so the patrons can see how their beer is brewed.
Kenyon
An outdoor clothing line targeted towards 20–35 year old outdoor adventurers. Committed to more sustainable practices, the jackets are made from at least 75 percent post-consumer recycled content. Longer lasting patches take the place of traditional paper clothing tags.
Cortex
A design agency based out of Burlington, Vermont. Dedicated to providing clients with smart, sophisticated and sustainable design solutions.
REFRESHWATER
A water awareness program where households are able to track their water savings and compete against their friends and neighbors for who can use the least amount of water. A website and smart phone app make it easy to network and manage water usage.
Tybee Island Inn
Logo redesign for a small bed and breakfast on Tybee Island, Georgia. They cater towards upscale professional couples.
Vortex
Logo design for an integrated IT company with an eye towards the future.
Impulse
Logo redesign for an avant garde jazz record label.
Shark Gaming Supplies
Logo design for a company specializing in providing cainos with dice, cards, poker chips amoung other items.
AIGA Swiss Typography Conference
Poster, direct mailer and sketchbooks to promote an AIGA Swiss Typography Conference at SCAD. Sketchbooks are made from
reused scrap paper that has been saved by the students.
Westward Expansion Tour
Posters for a trad rock climbing tour which starts in New York and travels out to California. The posters use engaging type and image relationships to draw in the climbers attention.
Adobe Garamond Specimen Book
Type specimen book and word mark created for Adobe Garamond. Includes the history written in various weights and styles, swash characters, glyph comparisons and other unique features.
The Journey Home
A unique story which incorporates the qualities and habits of my nephew. The loose illustration style, and large typography make it approachable to a four to five year old. A poster and puzzle accompany this hand bound book.
Nine Generations
Stories and photographs combined to create a personal documentation of my family farm. Hand bound with nine stitches
to represent the ninth generation and an 8 x 8 inch finished size
in reference to my parents being the eighth generation.
